I have a fujitsu siemens amilo a1650g with Lubuntu 13.04 kernel linux 
3.8.0-26-generic
the total block of the system that occurs after a few minutes of use since the 
laptop is disconnected from the power supply, the problem occurs more quickly 
by using the touchpad with the use of a usb mouse (with the power supply locks 
rarely).
At the time of the block (sometimes with a white screen, others with the 
presence of vertical or horizontal stripes) keyboard commands do not respond, 
forcing me to close out ... problem that presents also on the verified live cd
