[Bug 1213339] Re: Update-Manager doesn't show all updates

2013-08-17 Thread Domar
That could be possible.

But: I just hit the install button in update-manager (same view as in my first
screen shot) and the ubuntu software center shows me, that all eleven updates
which are listed by apt-get were installed by the update-manager.
If the phased-updates mechanism works, the updates should not be installed,
shouldn't they?

Find a screen shot of the software center attached.

[Bug 1213339] [NEW] Update-Manager doesn't show all updates

2013-08-17 Thread Domar
Public bug reported:

System: Ubuntu 13.04
Update-manager version: 0.186.1

After starting update-manager and checking for new update, not all updates are
shown.
The size of updates to be downloaded matches the size of the updates shown by
apt-get upgrade.
Please see the attached screen shots (German language) for further information.

I expect that all updates available are shown in the top window section.

Best regards and thanks for the support

[Bug 885742] [NEW] Searchfield interaction not possible

2011-11-03 Thread Domar
Public bug reported:

The searchfield, which opens automatically when typing something, does not
allow to delete the typed letters with the backspace key or clicking into it to
modify its content.
Pressing backspace causes to return in the previous folder what is a correct
behavior when there is no serchfield open but this allows me to think that the
searchfield is not interactable.

There is also a big delay when you press enter to open the selected folder.
In earlier versions the searchfield disappeared automatically when typing enter
so that it was possible to type the new folder name instantly. Now i have to
wait for about 4 seconds before it is possible to type the new searchterm.

[Bug 783127] [NEW] Big latence when using global shortcuts

2011-05-15 Thread Domar
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: banshee

When using global shortcuts (eg. for playing the next track) with
banshee I have latences between 5 and 15 seconds. I use the mediakeys
from my notebook. This works fine with changing the volume so that can't
be a problem with these keys.

Same keys and functions are working correct and there is no latence with
amarok.

I have the same problem with the final release of 10.10!

I think, thats my suggestion, that it could be my dvd-rw that is the problem.
Maybe there is no support for rewritable dvds?

I burn it on a normal cd but it's late, I'll report this in about 16
hours^^
