[Bug 1971132] [NEW] fenics package not built for jammy
Public bug reported: Hi guys, the fenics package didn't get built for jammy. Other components are built (dolfin, mshr, etc, likewise dolfinx, etc). Can the fenics package be added to jammy? It's just a dependency package, but it makes it easier for users to install the suite. [Bug 1953038] [NEW] fenics-basix is missing
Public bug reported: Hi guys, does some action need to be taken to get src:fenics-basix into Ubuntu? It migrated to debian testing 4 weeks ago but still isn't known to Ubuntu. Fellow packages fenics-ffcx, fenics-dolfinx have been picked by Ubuntu, but not fenics-basix. [Bug 1192613] Re: libHYPRE.so is not linked to other libHYPRE* libs
Hi Alexander, Luke, as you have noticed there is no specific Ubuntu maintainer for HYPRE. The package is rebuilt directly from the underlying Debian version. Debian has a separate workflow from Ubuntu, and a separate bug tracking system. This situation is the same for most packages in the Ubuntu universe archive, the packages fully managed by Ubuntu are the ones in Ubuntu main. Your problem was reported in Debian bug#902102, and will be fixed in 2.15.1-1exp1. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1192613 Title: libHYPRE.so is not linked to other libHYPRE* libs To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/hypre/+bug/1192613/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1793544] [NEW] allow dijitso 2018.1.0-5 into cosmic (fixes HPC bugs)
Public bug reported: I've uploaded dijitso 2018.1.0-5 to Debian. It applies an upstream patch which should improve file handling on complex filesystems when running in parallel (e.g. NFS on a cluster). It would be well appreciated by users of cosmic cloud images (OpenStack). So please let this revision move into cosmic.
