I can confirm that there is a disconnection problem in Intrepid Ibex with linux 2.6.27-7-generic. I am using Speed-Link Notebook Laser Bluetooth Mouse. After a long period of inactivity, I have to switch the bluetooth off and on to get the connection reestablished. Although it generally works that way, sometimes I have to pair it again in order to restore functionality.
