I fully agree Philipp Lies wrote: I just hacked a patch for this bug. Not the most elegant way but works perfect. I just check whether ntfs-3g filesystem causes the error, then propose running gksudo ntfsfix /dev/sdxx and user can decide if he wants to execute it.
