[Bug 1776418] [NEW] xmag doesn't work properly when started in Gnome by using Alt-F2 combination
Public bug reported: I have plain Ubuntu 18.04 installation. When I press Alt-F2 in Gnome and type xmag, xmag square appears on the screen, but it doesn't react to moving mouse or pressing mouse keys. Also it's impossible to get rid of it other than by opening terminal and typing 'pkill xmag'. When xmag is started from the gnome-terminal, it works properly: square follows the mouse and left click opens dialog with enlarged region of the screen. ** Affects: xzoom (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: bionic -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1776418 Title: xmag doesn't work properly when started in Gnome by using Alt-F2 combination To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xzoom/+bug/1776418/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
