There is (svn+ssh://...) but its easy to miss on the page because its
hidden in the (ssh://...) description.

This is where I see the problem.

That said, I would find invalidating this pattern as part of the regex
perfectly acceptable. I don't really need any actual linking generated
for these patterns.
