[Bug 1285258] Re: failing to unlock screensaver
In my case, the lock screen fails to let me log in when entering the correct password, so I have to restart the computer to gain access again. I understand this is a similar bug. I've just upgraded from Saucy to Trusty. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1285258 Title: failing to unlock screensaver To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell/+bug/1285258/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 429841] Re: broken packaging: package flashplugin-nonfree 10.0.22.87ubuntu1 failed to install/upgrade: (breaks upgrade)
This also affects me while upgrading from 8.04.4 LTS to latest 10.04 LTS. I've downloaded the ISO and started a cdrom upgrade. Also worked for me after doing the fix suggested above by Emanuel Greisen: rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/flashplugin-nonfree.prerm dpkg --remove --force-remove-reinstreq flashplugin-nonfree dpkg --purge --force-remove-reinstreq flashplugin-nonfree all commands with "sudo" in front. Hope this helps, Fabi -- broken packaging: package flashplugin-nonfree 10.0.22.87ubuntu1 failed to install/upgrade: (breaks upgrade) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/429841 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
