[Bug 1013881] Re: Right-Ctrl key broken on French OSS keyboard

2014-05-02 Thread G-rom
I discovered that bug with Ubuntu 14.04. Seriously what's the hell!

Sorry to be rude but Nicolas you seriously fucked up here and raised an
hungry mob.

I'm a full time developper and I just cannot think about writing code
without CTRL_R. It make me feel so hungry when I discovered that bug and
even more at what caused that. I was like: WTF Seriouslyy
F

Temp fix:

echo 'keycode 105 = Control_R' ~/.Xmodmap
echo 'add Control = Control_R' ~/.Xmodmap
echo 'xmodmap ~/.Xmodmap' ~/.bashrc
source ~/.bashrc

2010-10-03 Thread G-rom
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mencoder

It appears that mencoder in maverik rc no longer support transcoding
with subtitle option, use by PS3MediaServer for example.Under lucid I
used the rc3 from the ppa:rvm

The main issue is that such program using mencoder no longer show
subtitle due to this mencoder rc4 package.

[Bug 55996] Re: F2 selects all but extention, double F2 should toggle

2010-10-03 Thread G-rom
I'm experimenting a regression over here, under maverik RC.

F2 or rename in contextual menu select all filename + extention instead
of just the extention like under lucid. Is that normal ?

2009-04-21 Thread G-rom
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus

nautilus create horizontal scrollbar and huge space when zooming even
there is still lot of space or folder with few objects in

Test : Just open nautilus, go in a folder with few objects on icone
normal view, and now zoom in ! Like 200%. The horizontal scrollbar will
appear and a lot of blank space created with a focus on the center of
the folder, wich bring you a totally blank view if you have juste one
thing in your folder. Bug appears on fullscreen nautilus and windowed.
