[Bug 1306621] Re: [LENOVO ThinkPad T440s] suspend/resume failure

2014-06-27 Thread Ganesha Bhaskara
@siu managed=true does not fix the problem.

I am running mainline 3.15.1 and suspend/resume was working very well
until I updated the linux-firmware package to the latest version on
06/27/2014.

[Bug 1315316] Re: [Lenovo ThinkPad T440s] suspend/resume failing

2014-06-27 Thread Ganesha Bhaskara
I was having the same issue after I had to hard reset on system lockup
on 3.15.1 mainline.

cat /var/log/pm-suspend.log revealed the following.

Running hook /usr/lib/pm-utils/sleep.d/60_wpa_supplicant suspend suspend:
Failed to connect to non-global ctrl_ifname: (null) error: No such file or
directory
/usr/lib/pm-utils/sleep.d/60_wpa_supplicant suspend suspend: success.

Running hook /usr/lib/pm-utils/sleep.d/95anacron resume suspend:

I reinstalled pmutils, hdparam and anacron and suspend/resume work
again.

2014-06-27 Thread Ganesha Bhaskara
looks like the issue I was having has nothing to do with the update.
