[Bug 655124] Re: Network-manager-openvpn connects but can not be used

2010-10-21 Thread Gashi
For me the problem also still exists with the package from maverick-
proposed. After the import the LZO-Compression isn't enabled as it
should like in the import file.

[Bug 289147] Re: no application level connection

2008-10-30 Thread Gashi
Booted the old kernel and upgraded the system, after that it worked also
with the new 2.6.27 kernel. I'm just curious why such a bug made it to
the 8.10 RC version. My laptop is an old ThinkPad X31 with well
supported open source drivers.

[Bug 289147] [NEW] no application level connection

2008-10-25 Thread Gashi
Public bug reported:

I've upgraded from a up-to-date 8.04 version to 8.10. Now I can't
establish a connection wether over wireless nor wired connection. But
network manager tells me everything is ok. I also got an IP and NS from
the DHCP. Pings to the internet are working. With applications like
Firefox I can't establish a connection. Also a telnet-connection to port
25 doesn't work. See the attached strace.
