After of hundreds suspend/resume those days I think I found a solution!! at least for me Comment out the line 31 #resume_bluetooth of the file /usr/lib/pm-utils/sleep.d/49bluetooth is no need to resume because the daemon is already stopped! hard to reproduce that!!! Also I can confirm the same behavior on Dell LATITUDE e4200 and UXA method on Mobile Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD.
