[Bug 532224] Re: [ambiance, radiance] no rounding when window has no maximise icon

I think you may be interested in this bug against Compiz, regarding gtk-
window-decorator not respecting special decoration styles:

[Bug 491521] Re: Decorations and RGBA

2010-02-07 Thread Gianluca Inverso
Since you patched nautilus and gnome-desktop for RGBA, I wonder if it's
possible now to tell nautilus to draw a really transparent background
for the desktop, still keeping the icons, so that the wallpaper plugin
of compiz can take care of drawing the wallpaper(s). This would allow
different wallpapers on each workspace, still keeping desktop icons.

(Just asking hoping it's trivial, won't disturb again. )

[Bug 452664] Re: Firefox GTKEntry Bug in Human Theme

2010-01-05 Thread Gianluca Inverso
Hi Dashua, I just tried Lucid daily and this bug still affects Human,
Human-Clearlooks and Darkroom. They all miss "GtkEntry::honors-
transparent-bg-hint = 1". I commented just to say that all three themes
are affected. Nice to see this will be fixed! :)

[Bug 421736] Re: Compiz locks up on resume from suspend (intel)

2009-09-07 Thread Gianluca Inverso
I can confirm this bug on an up-to-date Jaunty plus updates form xorg-
edgers ppa. I am currently using the kernel posted by Ogasawara on bug
#419264 since it seems to at least mitigate the problem: after resume, I
can now see windows, interact with the desktop and see effects like
scale, but anything that was set to be partially transparent (panel,
window decorations, etc) becomes completely invisible. I restart compiz
and everything is back to normal behaviour. Kernel 2.6.31-rc7 gave me
exactly the behaviour described in this bug. Downgrading libgl1-mesa-dri
plus Ogasawara's kernel fix everything.

Since this bug is set to incomplete, I'm attaching all requested files.
Please note that I'm on Jaunty, not Karmic!
