[Bug 1411180] Re: 1814:3290 [HP 240 G1 Notebook PC] WiFi does not show networks after updates
I have not tried any other kernels and I am not sure which I was running before the problem occurred, but I have realised that the problem is intermittent - it happens on boot and the only solution is to reboot. [Bug 1245819] Re: RT3290 driver keeps disconnecting.
Seems to work with 3.12 kernel, although I have not yet had it running very long. There have been no unexpected disconnects, and it reconnects after suspend (which previously required removing and reloading the module). ** Tags added: kernel-fixed-upstream -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1245819 Title: RT3290 driver keeps disconnecting. [Bug 1189721] [NEW] Ralink RT3290 needs blueetooth driver

[Bug 863834] Re: [regression] Suspend on lid close broken on Oneiric
Also affects Perfect as of a recent (not sure exactly when) update. Not the sort of behaviour that should change without a version change IMO. [Bug 1031225] [NEW] compiz crashed with SIGSEGV in dee_model_get_tag()
Public bug reported: This appears to be a regression similar to #840758 Details in apport appear very similar, but it refuses to upload bug for precise. The crash is intermittent. [Bug 162654] Re: ipw2200 needs to be reloaded after suspend
I have the same problem with iwl3945, but worse as it hangs altogether on resume. I did not notice it earlier because I do not often user wireless, and have the kill switch on (in which case there is no problem). Unloading on suspend appears to fix this, but I have not yet tested it while actually connected to a network so I do not know if that would still cause a problem. -- ipw2200 needs to be reloaded after suspend https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/162654 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 129725] Re: hibernate makes ps/2 to usb keyboard connection fail
Still happening in Intrepid. There is another bug I saw recently about a keyboard that did not work if plugged in after boot. Unfortunately I cannot find it, but I think it is the same problem. It has something to do with the current available to USB devices on plugging in. In my case the keyboard stops working after suspend to RAM (have not tried hibernate yet), and does not work if plugged in after booting - which is why I think it is one problem. -- hibernate makes ps/2 to usb keyboard connection fail https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/129725 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 278288] Re: Failure mounting encrypted partition when fsck ran
This also happens in (Intrepid derived) Linux Mint Felicia. I was going to report it there but having discovered its an upstream bug I think it more appropriate to add the info here. If it shuts down uncleanly (which it did thanks to the screen saver freeze bug), the root partition is correctly checked an cleaned, but I then get an error message that the filesystem on /dev/sda6 (the /home partition) is not recognised. Skipping the check got me to a boot screen with /dev/sda6 not mounted. Rebooting got the check run on it - I think, but it only happened once. The same thing happend when the regular boot time check happened. Skip and reboot got it back to normal. -- Failure mounting encrypted partition when fsck ran https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/278288 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 64487] Re: Usplash in edgy results in out of range error
Same problem with Edgy and SiS video. The LCD complains of a 86.6Hz vertical refresh (its limit is 75). Dapper used to use too low a resolution and it looked a little ugly. This is much worse. I tried work around this by not using usplash, but an update overwrote Grub's menu.lst and turned it on again. -- Usplash in edgy results in out of range error https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/64487 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
