Binary package hint: debian-installer
Trying to net install Ubuntu 9.10 using. Built an image using
unetbootin. apt-cacher configure to use Inetd Mode using these
instructions: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=564301
Server (9.10 Desktop) is a real machine, the client is a VirtualBox
(3.1.4) machine.
During the set-up process I set up the proxy to
http://192.168.1.134:3142
When using Inetd mode, net install fails with a invalid mirror message.
I reconfigured to use the daemon mode per the above instructions and it
works.
