[Bug 981065] Re: Deleted account always reappears after a reboot

2014-02-05 Thread HAL 9000
I'm seeing the same thing. For me, it's an old Jabber account that
doesn't work any more. I can delete it in empathy, but after I restart
empathy, it's back again. I also tried deleting the account using mc-
tool, but got the same result.

[Bug 1033204] Re: bluetooth-sendto crashed with SIGSEGV in handle_method_call()

2014-01-22 Thread HAL 9000
Just got the exact same behavior while trying to send a file to a Galaxy Nexus.
My laptop and the GNex paired successfully, but the first send attempt returned
Transfer failed (0x4f). Then the crash happened after I clicked retry.
I send files to my phone using bluetooth quite regularly, and I never had any
problems until today.

[Bug 1242078] Re: simple-scan crashed with SIGSEGV

2013-11-26 Thread HAL 9000
Sorry for the delay. I have not encountered this bug since I filed the report,
even though I did not do anything to fix this. So I'd say it is unrelated to
the upgrade.
BTW, it was Saucy I upgraded to, not Raring. I have no idea why it logged
Raring in the report.

[Bug 1242036] Re: Upgrade to Ubuntu 13.10 failed

2013-10-22 Thread HAL 9000
Just fixed it myself: As it turns out, the xserver-xorg-input-synaptics package
was pinned to a specific version - though I don't know how that happened, I
don't remember doing it. Anyway, I removed the hold, and the problem
disappeared.
Please just ignore this bug report.

I got this after receiving a file in empathy as well (via Jabber).
However, it wasn't a .crash file. (It was a PDF if that matters)

[Bug 805586] Re: i915 Hangcheck timer elapsed... GPU hung

2011-11-24 Thread HAL 9000
I'm having the same problem on oneiric. The screen randomly freezes for
a few seconds (the mouse still moves, but everything else is dead), then
everything turns black for a second, and then it all goes back to
normal. Afterwards, I find this in my syslog:

[ 200.319085] [drm:i915_hangcheck_elapsed] *ERROR* Hangcheck timer elapsed...
GPU hung
[ 200.319094] [drm] capturing error event; look for more information in
/debug/dri/0/i915_error_state
[ 200.330227] [drm:i915_wait_request] *ERROR* i915_wait_request returns -11
(awaiting 31970 at 31965, next 31971)
udevd[3721]: failed to execute '/usr/share/apport/apport-gpu-error-intel.py'
'/usr/share/apport/apport-gpu-error-intel.py': No such file or directory
[ 200.405176] [drm:ironlake_update_pch_refclk] *ERROR* enabling SSC on PCH
[ 200.700351] [drm:ironlake_update_pch_refclk] *ERROR* enabling SSC on PCH

The enabling SSC on PCH-error also appears randomly from time to time,
but I don't notice it otherwise.

Also, it only seems to occur when I have my second screen connected.
