I have this problem on a freshly installed Jaunty (2.6.28), I don't have it on an updated Intrepid (2.6.27) on the same machine. on Jaunty, Bluetooth is alway on on startup, which isn't the behavior on Intrepid. It should remember the last configuration before shutdown/restart. Is this the same bug or should I file a new one? And Randomly when left clicking it middle clicks instead. I'm using hardy (with all updates till my post) and my problem is very similar to the ones mentioned, the top unexpanded panel now always goes to the bottom when I re-login.
