[Bug 551830] [NEW] Gajim: Problem with background color of the icon in systray

2010-03-30 Thread Jérôme Dubois
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gajim

The icon in the systray appears with a gray background and does not
integrate well with the theme used by default on Ubuntu Lucid Lynx.

I use Ubuntu Lucid Lynx updated and Gajim 0.13-0ubuntu2.

The 0.13 is the latest version in the repository, but currently, this software
is available in version 0.13.3 which fixes some bugs on the website developers.
I do not think this bug is resolved with 0.13.3 but could you update the
version that is available in the repository?

[Bug 282656] Re: XMLTV 0.5.53 tv_grab_be error

2008-10-14 Thread Jérôme Dubois
Hello Gunterius,
I use the French version of tv_grab_be downloads on the site
www.telemoustique.be.

The site TéléMoustique had also changed a few months ago, with the XMLTV
0.5.52, the problem had been resolved.
tv_grab_be has apparently not changed in version 0.5.53.
I do not know if TeVe-Blad has changed or not.

I found another user with the same problem.
http://www.sf.net/tracker/index.php?func=detailaid=1982076group_id=39046atid=424135
Apparently, the problem comes from version 5.10 of Perl.

[Bug 94506] Re: MKV with PCM sound track in very bad quality on Totem-Gstreamer

2008-10-04 Thread Jérôme Dubois
Yes, this symptom is reproducible in Ubuntu 8.04 and 8.10 (Beta) up-to-
date.

Ubuntu 8.10 :
The MKV file is tested with VLC 0.9.3, Mplayer 1.0 RC2 and Totem-Gstreamer
2.24.1 (GStreamer 0.10.20).

AVI file is converted with MKVToolnix 2.0.2.

VLC and Mplayer reads the file normally, Totem-Gstreamer reads but sound
is very bad quality. This problem looks like a saturation.

[Bug 94506] MKV with PCM sound track in very bad quality on Totem-Gstreamer

2007-03-21 Thread Jérôme Dubois
Public bug reported:

Hi, i converted a AVI file into MKV (Matroska) with mkvtoolnix-gui and, the
sound is very very bad quality with Gstreamer (Totem-Gstreamer).
Mplayer and VLC do not have the problem.

The sound track is in PCM format, not problem with MP3 or Vorbis.

AVI version does not have the problem.

For the test, download this file
http://ia300124.us.archive.org/3/items/TrustedComputing/TrustedComputing_LAFKON_SUPERHIGH_XivD.avi
.

Convert the file with mkvtoolnix-gui.

And play your MKV files with Totem-Gstreamer.

The problem exists on Ubuntu 6.10 and 7.04
