[Bug 1179524] Re: Bad colors with RDP connection

2021-03-12 Thread JamesDCarroll
Interesting. I haven't seen the problem in a long time and am running
Focal 20.04. I use Asbru Connection manager now more than Remmina.

I've confirmed two things since posting:
1. Whatever it is, it doesn't affect RDesktop
2. Its all Windows machines

Thanks,

[Bug 1179524] [NEW] Bad colors with RDP connection

2013-05-13 Thread JamesDCarroll
Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 13.04
remmina (1.0.0-4ubuntu2)

I've used Remmina for quite a while and been fairly pleased with it.
After upgrading to 13.04 however the colors coming from my Win7 machine
are all messed up. Its as if they were inverted or otherwise skewed.
White is white and black is black, but the Start button looks weird
and sun bursty and most of the colors just seem wrong.

** Affects: remmina (Ubuntu)
 Importance: Undecided

[Bug 552030] [NEW] Ubuntu One crashed

2010-03-30 Thread JamesDCarroll
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client

I have a Win2K3 VM on my machine and use MS Money for my personal
finances. I have MSM save a backup every time I close it to a VM Shared
folder that maps to my Ubuntu One folder. Its never failed before and I
have no idea why it failed this time. The only thing that changed was
that I was going to promote the VM to be a domain controler but halted
it half way through. Its jacked all my Windows Account stuff and I had
to remap the drive, but I can't think why that would cause UOne to fail.

[Bug 461345] Re: Clicking in folder list doesn't change focus

2009-12-31 Thread JamesDCarroll
WORK AROUND: If you add a new folder to a collapsed folder that you
can't open, it will expand to show the new folder. Then you can delete
the one you just created.

[Bug 367126] [NEW] node name is /dev/dri/card0 fails

2009-04-25 Thread JamesDCarroll
Public bug reported:

I installed Ibex and updated everything. Then installed the ATI drivers
from the repository. I did the aticonfig -initial - f command but it
complained that I didn't have an xorg.conf. Even though I did I still
rebuilt it with sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg (which I found in an
Ubuntu forum) and sudo dpkg-reconfigure -phigh xserver-xorg which I
found in one of the logs.

It won't boot into anything but low resolution and at the bottom of the
log is this:

drmOpenDevice: node name is /dev/dri/card0
drmOpenDevice: open result is -1, (No such device or address)
