[Bug 33372] Re: Cannot wake up from suspend and hibernate
Have a Toshiba Satellite A130 running 7.10. Hibernate works great, suspend works great as well as long as I don't have compiz stuff enabled. Using the regular desktop manager I can suspend/recover just fine, including my wireless. Running compiz basic or advanced I just get the black screen and have to power down. Let me know if I can provide you with more information. -- Cannot wake up from suspend and hibernate https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/33372 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is a direct subscriber. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 85869] Re: No sound in laptops with Intel Corporation 82801G (ICH7 Family)
Same problem here with a Toshiba A135-S4527. Sound hasn't worked since Edgy Eft, running Gutsy Gibbon now. [Bug 102647] Re: Sound on Toshiba no longer works
I have a Toshiba A135-S4527 laptop and have no sound as well. Running Gutsy Gibbon now, same thing. Sound card doesn't get detected, but modules load. I have a related problem on a Toshiba Satellite A130. The ipw3945 card now causes the laptop to pause for a minute or two during the boot up. [Bug 89800] External video not working on Toshiba Satellite A130 in Feisty
Public bug reported: Pushing Fn-F5 on Toshiba Satellite A130 doesn't cause video to appear on any externally connected monitor (S-Video or VGA). Works fine in Windows Vista.
