I had the same issue. Get used to it. I waited for a year to get a fix for my network manager GTC issue. It never came and now I'm back to Windows. I now have to have GTC for my wired network at work. I have downgraded to 0.6.6 and GTC is working on the wired network, however I'm still having issues with the wireless. This bug is now 8 months old. I found the post below in Bug #284982, I did the first two commands. $hcitool dev Devices: hci000:16:41:96:77:64 $sudo hciconfig hci0 reset Once it was reset bluez just picked up the mouse and started working. I guess that's because I had added it in the GUI before. It also works after I restart Ubuntu. Please test and let me know what you discover on your systems. I'm having the same issue. I can sync with local folders but not to my USB stick. My local partition is ext3 and my USB stick is fat32 I get the following error. You change in on the Wireless Security tab for the network you are trying to connect to.
