[Bug 1253962] Re: hangs on startup
Same here, but it also happen on the play button in Rhythmbox itself. It is an almost-certainty after the first login or boot (for me this is virtually the same thing). Time counter and slider stay on 0:00, one core goes to 100%, UI freezes. Closing brings up the dialog if I want to kill it. Doing so and restarting Rhythmbox most of the times fixes the problem, but not always. Most definately started after moving from 13:04 to 13:10. Hope this helps. [Bug 777670] Re: wrong colors on HPCLJ 3500/3600 printer after switching to 11.04
Thanks @karlwilbur. I tried the same (mine is a 3600N), but it didn't solve anything. The error changed from PCL XL error Subsystem :KERNEL Error: IllegalTag Operator: 0x45 Position: 7 To PCL XL error Subsystem :KERNEL Error: IllegalDataValue Operator: 0x45 Position: 7 Darn host-based printing systems ;) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/777670 Title: wrong colors on HPCLJ 3500/3600 printer after switching to 11.04 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/foomatic-db-hpijs/+bug/777670/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 777670] Re: wrong colors on HPCLJ 3500/3600 printer after switching to 11.04
I am probably not much of help here, but I can confirm printing is broken indeed after the upgrade to 12.04, and worse than the off colorsearlier. When I print from the image viewer, the printer (3600) totally gives up with a PCL XL error (IllegalTag on operator 0x45). The only way right now to print a jpg is to print it to a pdf first, then print that pdf. If there is anything I can contribute through testing, please let me know. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/777670 Title: wrong colors on HPCLJ 3500/3600 printer after switching to 11.04 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/foomatic-db-hpijs/+bug/777670/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 835972] Re: after resume the Disconnected - you are now offline notification doesn't disappear
I agree to increase its importance, but it does not happen only to Xubuntu users, I am using gnome 3.2 and seeing the exact same thing. I often make my laptop go in standby, so I am experiencing this at least once a day. An annoyance is an understatement. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/835972 Title: after resume the Disconnected - you are now offline notification doesn't disappear To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager-applet/+bug/835972/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

At the moment I am having the same problem running Gnome 3 on ubuntu 11.10. [Bug 409482] Re: Properties not kept after closing Rhythmbox
Maybe the following information helps. I had the same problem, but could relate it back to: Case 1: files having two ID3V2.4 tags, which, as far as I can tell is definately non-standard. Closest I came to diagnosing, it seemed Rythmbox changed the one, but read the other, and so nothing got ever solved. Case 2: Another one was a file that had a ID3 tag and and APE tag. In this case I am sure the APE tag was read, but nothing was written back (there was no error reported). My rescue was MP3 Diags, installed from the Download center. It could fix case 1, but I couldn't make it delete the unwanted APE tag. Hope this helps. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/409482 Title: Properties not kept after closing Rhythmbox -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
