Ok, tried again.. It still not working. Error is 42 though:

Idk if I did has something to do with the bug itself. I noticed this bug happened just after when I added PPA as seen from https://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2018/03/gimp-2-10-release-candidate-released and ran "sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade" commands.
