Confirm that this bug happen to me too. I'm using Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS and install new Kernel with command sudo apt-get install -y linux-generic-lts-wily linux-tools-virtual-lts- wily linux-cloud-tools-virtual-lts-wily hv-kvp-daemon-init Then reboot to get new Kernel 4.2.0-18-generic then systemd-udevd got high cpu usage instantly. If I run the command "udevadm monitor" it will show a lot of these repeat all the time.
