My mistake. I didn't say No as I'm using a vmware image and there are no snapshots. I did get the package you mentioned but that was after adding the debian etch repository. I've since removed the etch repository and the packages are still visible. Not sure why they didn't load during the upgrade. Go ahead and close this issue.
