Public bug reported: I've been using precise since it was an alpha and I upgrade daily to keep up. Today I rebooted and started getting an error when I select my ubuntu partition 'error: out of partition' But it eventually does boot. When I boot Windows 7 partition however, I get a disk error. [Bug 973095] Re: GRUB error: "out of partition" after a kernel update
This just started happening to me. The result it I can boot to ubuntu (although it displayed the error message) I cannot boot my windows partition though. That could be the problem, if you can go without scanning those directories until we get this resolved, here is how to stop syncing them. Jonathan. Unfortunately, the Lucid version of Ubuntu One no longer has the notifications nor the applet that changes. So the youtube videos are probably outdated. If you have already uninstalled it, you can reinstall it with Synaptic Package Manager or Software Center, it's easy to find as "Ubuntu One" in the search box. I have amd64 and didn't have any problems installing it.
