[Bug 231761] Re: Upon attempting to open a URL, texmacs crashes
This has also been reported twice to debian. http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=484073 http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=497021 From looking at the CDBS makefile, it appears that unknown.ps was intentionally removed from the package, but I have no clue why that would have been done. It exists in the packages of several other distributions. -- Upon attempting to open a URL, texmacs crashes https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/231761 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 272559] [NEW] [intrepid] Texmacs crashes when opening a file
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: texmacs Using texmacs-1:1.0.6.14-1build1 on intrepid, I tried to open an existing tex file and it crashed with the error: Fatal error: /usr/share/texmacs/TeXmacs/misc/pixmaps/unknown.ps not readable in 'load_string' The file does not appear to have been installed. ** Affects: texmacs (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- [intrepid] Texmacs crashes when opening a file https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/272559 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 271319] Re: Intrepid amarok conflicts with kdeartwork-theme-icon
I don't think this should be considered normal behavior. Almost every other kde-4.1 package is labeled by its usual name, not ending in -kde4. Amarok is in the repository, both as amarok (amarok 1.4.10) and amarok- kde4 (2 beta 1). This would be fine, except upgrading from hardy, running kde-3.5, causes both kde-4.1 and amarok (the kde3 version) to be installed. The result is a fairly broken system. As far as I can tell it is not even possible to run kde-3.5 out of the box with Intrepid, so why should the default version of amarok require it, if it conflicts with kde-4.1? Something should be changed here, either amarok is upgraded to 2.0 or its dependencies need to be fixed so that they don't conflict with kde-4.1 packages. -- Intrepid amarok conflicts with kdeartwork-theme-icon https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/271319 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 271319] [NEW] Intrepid amarok conflicts with kdeartwork-theme-icon
Public bug reported: The non-kde4 version of amarok (amarok-1.4.10-0ubuntu2) in intrepid currently conflicts with kdeartwork-theme-icon-4:4.1.1-0ubuntu2. As a result, installing amarok produces causes some odd icons to be used. For instance, the kickoff menu icon is replaced with what appears to be the go back icon from crystal. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Intrepid amarok conflicts with kdeartwork-theme-icon https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/271319 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 68949] Re: Package descriptions are sometimes incorrect and do not match descriptions stored in the package database
I have this same problem with Hardy / amd64. When searching for firefox in adept, I noticed that firefox-2 has the description A literate-programming tool for C/C++/Fortran/Ratfor, which is the descrption for fweb. The detailed description for firefox-2 is empty, however fweb has the right thing. Neither of them are installed. -- Package descriptions are sometimes incorrect and do not match descriptions stored in the package database https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/68949 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 195772] Re: please upgrade python-matplotlib to version later than 0.90.1
The new package collides with python-enthought-traits. Specifically I got a collision with: /usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/enthought/traits/ctraits.so But I imagine there are others. -- please upgrade python-matplotlib to version later than 0.90.1 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/195772 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
