one last thing: i started to notice this problem, when i connected my
facebook account with a gwibber on another ubuntu machine (lucid, while my

unfortunately i'm unable to confirm my workaround on this second machine
now, so i'm not certain that this always works
after doing a system update this morning, Facebook now works on my
install of Gwibber for Ubuntu 10.10 Beta.but it's slow on updating,
like hours slow.
