[Bug 97513] Re: Squid requires restart after Network Manager made connection to network

It seems that squid3 works as long as the connection is made through
network manager but needs restart if its connected using  dongle(modem)
firmware. Is there a way to make the firmare work  without having to
restart squid3?

I am on  precice 12.04 LTS and the problem is still there...
