[Bug 1002008] Re: 8086:0888 iwlwifi intermittent loss of connectivity
I don't know whether I can test Quantal, as I need this machine to be fully functional. I'll test the mainline kernel though. I should also add that when I moniter the bitrate of my wireless card (either with iwconfig or by going to 'Connection Information', the bitrate varies wildly. When I experience this bug, it sometimes goes back and forth between 1 Mb/s and some much higher number. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1002008 Title: 8086:0888 iwlwifi intermittent loss of connectivity To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1002008/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1002008] [NEW] 8086:0888 iwlwifi intermittent loss of connectivity
Public bug reported: Every so often I lose connectivity. This is very similar to bug #984552. Tricky to reproduce because it doesn't seem to affect me quite as frequently as the reporter of #984552. I will post ping output showing packet loss the next time I experience the bug. [Bug 951805] [NEW] Can't use Super_L in keyboard shortcuts
Public bug reported: 12.04 Beta1 Super+T seems to be bound to opening the Trash folder, but that doesn't show up as one of the keyboard shortcuts in gnome-control-center. When I try set the 'Launch Terminal' shortcut to Super+T the result is that Super+T still opens the trash folder. Setting other shortcuts to Super+ also doesn't change the behaviour of those key combinations. To reproduce: Launch System Settings (or gnome-control-center), go to 'Keyboard', click on the 'Shortcuts' tab, and set a launcher to Super+. Hitting Super alone opens the Unity search menu as usual.
