No an update/upgrade, I just OS installed was complete with default 
kernel(4.10.0-28) ,It's only happend in BIOS is Legacy mode(UEFI PASS)


After Update to v4.14 kernel still doesn't fix this issue.

We have tried more tested and verified,so far still not resolved this issue and 
but we have  workaround them commented "# set vt_handoff=vt.handoff=7"in 
grub.cfg ,It would can switch straight tty1.however,Do you known what's mean 
about gfxmode ? 
This issue always happened in PXE OS intaller

1.We can reproducible in 16.04.1, but same that system would hang up and I have 
provide a photo for the crash for you reference as the attachment file.

2.I have another question ,what root cause will rsolved in ubuntu 17.04?
