[Bug 365881] Re: wubi installer's pyrun.exe says "no disk"
@Tijs Maas: The problem you're experienving **could** be the result of a "bad burn" or a corrupt download. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/365881 Title: wubi installer's pyrun.exe says "no disk" -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 365881] Re: wubi installer's pyrun.exe says "no disk"
@Tijs Maas: No disrespect intended, but I see no obvious connection between the problem you have described and the general tenor of this particular discussion of problems with Wubi. Affects me as well. I noticed the message after an upgrade from Ubuntu 9.04 server to 9.10 -- Wordpress 2.8.5 Update breaks the update.php file https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/460818 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 569656] Re: Upgrade to 10.04 messes up Windows Vista boot
Possibly related: Toshiba Satellite M200, installed & updated 10.04 Beta1 beside Vista & 9.04. The main Vista partition is incorrectly identified in the menu as recovery tools, and the Vista recovery partition incorrectly identified as Vista loader. 9.04 correctly identified, no other problems noticed to date, everything seems to boot properly. -- Upgrade to 10.04 messes up Windows Vista boot https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/569656 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 365881] Re: wubi installer's pyrun.exe says "no disk"
Just checked with http://people.canonical.com/~evand/wubi/lucid/wubi-r178.exe and still got a similar message which disappeared after using "safely remove device". (My machine which seems to be affected is an older one (previously described), which I currently use as an Ubuntu-based server, so I'm not in a position to do much troubleshooting without taking down my web site & email server) -- wubi installer's pyrun.exe says "no disk" https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/365881 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
