[Bug 1180308] Re: Update to 11.3

2013-12-18 Thread Lorenzo De Liso
I merged it from last version in Debian:

asterisk (1:11.6.0~dfsg-3ubuntu1) trusty; urgency=low

  * Merge from Debian unstable, remaining changes:
- debian/asterisk.init: chown /dev/dahdi
- debian/control, debian/rules:
  + Enable Hardening Wrapper (PIE and BIND_NOW)
  + Build against libical 1.0

asterisk (1:11.6.0~dfsg-3) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Fix default RADIUS configuration path when using libfreeradius-
client.

asterisk (1:11.6.0~dfsg-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  [ Jeremy Lainé ]
  * Update Standards-Version to 3.9.5 (no changes).
  * Add Suggests on asterisk-vpb.
  * Build against libfreeradius-client (Closes: #721622).
  * Make sure CPPFLAGS get carried down to the build system.
  * Fix versioned Breaks/Replaces for asterisk-vpb (Closes: #731971).

  [ Tzafrir Cohen ]
  * Restore SE Linux settings on directories created in init script
(Russell Coker, Closes: #731397).
  * ignore_failed_channels.patch: allow dahdi to start after Asterisk.
  * Move app_flash to asterisk-dahdi.

asterisk (1:11.6.0~dfsg-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.
- Drop bzero patch, fixed upstream.
- Update pjproject patch.
  * Move VoiceTronix support to asterisk-vpb (Closes: #492329).
  * Enable BETTER_BACKTRACES for debug builds.

  * Remove res/pjproject from the source tarball (Closes: #725210).

asterisk (1:11.5.1~dfsg-2) unstable; urgency=low

  [ Jeremy Lainé ]
  * Fix FTBFS for binary-arch builds.
  * Fix Vcs-Browser and Vcs-Git URLs.
  * Update Standards-Version to 3.9.4 (no changes).

  [ Tzafrir Cohen ]
  * Patch reenable: reenable chan_vpb.
  * Depend on srtp even on sparc and hurd: the build fails if srtp is not
installed.
  * Add Jeremy Lainé to uploaders.

asterisk (1:11.5.1~dfsg-1) unstable; urgency=low

  [ Faidon Liambotis ]

  AST-2012-014, AST-2012-015, AST-2013-002, AST-2013-003

[Bug 1159731] [NEW] FFe: lighttpd 1.4.31-3ubuntu2

2013-03-25 Thread Lorenzo De Liso
Public bug reported:

The new Ubuntu version is just an import of the last version in Debian
(lighttpd 1.4.31-4). It fixes a security issue (see CVE 2013-1427).

Changelog entry since currently raring version 1.4.31-3ubuntu1:

lighttpd (1.4.31-3ubuntu2) raring; urgency=low

  * Import change from debian version 1.4.31-4:
- CVE-2013-1427: Switch the socket path for PHP when using FASTCGI. /tmp
  is world-writable which may cause security implications if an attacker
  manages to control /tmp/php.socket before the web server (re-)starts.

 -- Lorenzo De Liso   Mon, 25 Mar 2013 11:55:53 +0100

[Bug 648755] [NEW] Typo in the postinst script

2010-09-27 Thread Lorenzo De Liso
Public bug reported:

I'm sorry for that. Yes, MoM says that but it would be good to open a

doing a merge and you have not the upload rights.

- Latest Ubuntu Changelog:
- acpid (1.0.10-5ubuntu1) lucid; urgency=low
+ acpid (1:2.0.0-1) unstable; urgency=low

- * Merge from Debian testing. Remaining changes:
- - Replace init script with Upstart job.
- - This does not load modules, unlike the init script, since these are
- all loaded by ACPI:* modaliases now (and thus by udev)
- - debian/control:
-   - Bump build-dependency on debhelper for Upstart-aware dh_installinit
- - debian/preinst, debian/acpid.install, debian/control, debian/rules:
-   continue installing /etc/acpi/events/powerbtn and /etc/acpi/powerbtn.sh,
- deferring the migration to acpi-support-base; and drop the Recommends:
- on acpi-support-base for the same reason.
+* New Upstream version from new source tree that already incorporates the
+  netlink patch..
+* Build kacpimon from the new source tree too.

- acpid (1.0.10-5) unstable; urgency=high
-
- * Correct permissions that were incorrectly set by very old acpid versions.
- This fixes CVE-2009-4235. (Closes: #560771)

I can't find this change neither, I looked at the debdiff of the last
merge.

However I'm waiting for the Debian maintainer of xterm to release the
267 version, alternatively we can release the version 267-0ubuntu1 in

2010-11-26 Thread Lorenzo De Liso
Hello Martin,

Alessio already added the DEP-5 header to the patch. I forwarded the
patch to Debian (see http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-
bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=605026), upstream already fixed that in the
version 0.8~alpha20101022 .

[Bug 681913] [NEW] Please sync canna 3.7p3-6.5 (universe) from debian unstable (main)

2010-11-26 Thread Lorenzo De Liso
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: canna

Explanation of the Ubuntu change and why it can be dropped:

the only change in the Ubuntu package: "debian/postrm: Don't fail if
canna user is already deleted (LP: #569678) Thanks to Jean-Baptiste
Lallement for this patch." has been fixed in the latest Debian package.

Changelog entries since current natty version 3.7p3-6.4ubuntu1:

canna (3.7p3-6.5) unstable; urgency=high

   * Non-maintainer upload.
   * Urgency high due to RC bug fix
   * Fix problem when trying to delete user twice on purge (postrm purge
 might be indeed called twice; see
http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2002/10/msg00345.html
 for details) (Closes: #579312)
   * Use userdel instead of the non-essential deluser in postrm
   * Include danish debconf template (Closes: #589865)
   * Also fix lintian error on weak library dependency for libcanna1g-dev
 on libcanna1g by version the dependency with (= ${binary:Version})
