[Bug 1154285] [NEW] ktp-dialout-ui is missing dialpad when using SIP account
Public bug reported: hi, I have a problem with ktp-call-ui. I added a SIP account to my accounts, which I can select when starting ktp-call-ui. But if I start a call, the dialpad icon is greyed out and I can`t use it. I used the same credentials/account data with empathy, where I was able to use the DTMF dialpad, so I`m wondering if I have misconfigured something or maybe this is a bug. Hopefully I could help with some debugging information. thx M0ses Steps to reproduce: 1. Add SIP account to kde-im-contacts 2. start ktp-dialout-ui 3. dial a number (in my case a conference call) 4. dialpad is greyed out all the time ### DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu DISTRIB_RELEASE=13.04 DISTRIB_CODENAME=raring DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION=Ubuntu Raring Ringtail (development branch) ### fschreiner@fs-E4310:~$ uname -a Linux fs-E4310 3.8.0-12-generic #21-Ubuntu SMP Thu Mar 7 19:08:49 UTC 2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux fschreiner@fs-E4310:~$ ### ii kde-config-telepathy-accounts 0.5.3-0ubuntu1 amd64KDE Control Module for managing Telepathy Accounts ii kde-telepathy 0.5.0ubuntu3 all metapackage for installing all the KDE Telepathy components ii kde-telepathy-approver0.5.80-0ubuntu1 amd64KDED module for approving incoming conversations ii kde-telepathy-auth-handler0.5.3-0ubuntu1 amd64KDE Telepathy authentication handler ii kde-telepathy-call-ui 0.5.3-0ubuntu1 amd64KDE Telepathy UI for audio/video calls ii kde-telepathy-call-ui-dbg 0.5.3-0ubuntu1 amd64KDE Telepathy UI for audio/video calls - debug symbols ii kde-telepathy-contact-list0.5.3-0ubuntu1 amd64Telepathy contact list for the KDE Plasma Desktop ii kde-telepathy-data0.5.3-0ubuntu1 all Shared data for all the KDE Telepathy components ii kde-telepathy-debugger0.5.3-0ubuntu1 amd64Debugging tool for KDE Telepathy ii kde-telepathy-filetransfer-handler0.5.3-0ubuntu1 amd64KDE Telepathy file transfer handler ii kde-telepathy-integration-module 0.5.3-0ubuntu1 amd64Telepathy integration module for the KDE Workspace ii kde-telepathy-minimal 0.5.0ubuntu3 all metapackage for installing the basic KDE Telepathy components ii kde-telepathy-send-file 0.5.3-0ubuntu1 amd64KDE Telepathy dolphin/konqueror integration plugin ii kde-telepathy-text-ui 0.5.3-0ubuntu1 amd64Telepathy text chat UI for the KDE Plasma Desktop ii librtcom-telepathy-glib0 0.1.38~git.1.e4dae27b-0ubuntu2 amd64RTCom telepathy-glib extension library ii libtelepathy-farstream2:amd64 0.4.0-3ubuntu1 amd64Glue library between telepathy and farstream - 0.4 series ii libtelepathy-glib0:amd64 0.20.1-1ubuntu3 amd64Telepathy framework - GLib library ii libtelepathy-logger-qt4-1:amd64 0.5.80-0ubuntu1 amd64Qt bindings for the telepathy-logger library ii libtelepathy-logger3:amd640.8.0-0ubuntu1 amd64Telepathy logger service - utility library ii libtelepathy-qt4-2:amd64 0.9.3-0ubuntu4 amd64Telepathy framework - Qt 4 library ii libtelepathy-qt4-farstream2:amd64 0.9.3-0ubuntu4 amd64Telepathy/Farsight integration - Qt 4 library ii plasma-widget-telepathy-chat 0.5.3-0ubuntu1 amd64Telepathy text chat plasma widget ii plasma-widget-telepathy-presence 0.5.3-0ubuntu1 amd64KDE Telepathy presence plasma widget ii telepathy-gabble 0.16.5-0ubuntu1 amd64Jabber/XMPP connection manager ii telepathy-haze0.6.0-1 amd64Telepathy connection manager that uses libpurple ii telepathy-logger 0.8.0-0ubuntu1 amd64Telepathy logger service - Daemon ii telepathy-mission-control-5 1:5.14.0-0ubuntu1 amd64management daemon for Telepathy real-time communication framework ii telepathy-rakia 0.7.4-1 amd64SIP connection manager
