[Bug 694369] [NEW] No Type3 support (s/--with-type3/--enable-type3/)

2010-12-25 Thread Magnus Henoch
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: fontforge

The fontforge package is not compiled with Type3 font support. This can
be confirmed by opening a font (or creating a new one), and selecting
Element→Font Info→Layers, where the option Type3 Multi Layered Font is
not visible.

debian/rules passes --with-type3 to the configure script, but it seems
like --enable-type3 is the correct option. Changing that to --enable-
type3 gives a package with Type3 support. (According to
debian/changelog, it has been like that since February 2009. It seems
like I'm the only one who has tried to use this feature ☺)
