[Bug 1876157] Re: Memtest86+ in Ubuntu 20.04 doesn't work, switch to Coreboot branch or package new release v5.31b is available since 12/04/2020

2020-12-22 Thread Marius Nuennerich
I tried the patch from #15 but it still hangs for me, albeit after 3min and
not after a few seconds like without the patch.

I tried version 5.31b and it works fine.
Core i5-4570, 16 GiB RAM.

[Bug 1566795] [NEW] dnsmasq is started with a --cache-size=0 argument, not overridable

2016-04-06 Thread Marius Nuennerich
Public bug reported:

dnsmasq is started with --cache-size=0 as commandline argument by
NetworkManager; this a hard coded setting making it impossible to
override per config file.

$ ps auxww | grep dnsmasq
nobody5375 0.0 0.0 54488 4452 ?SApr05 0:00
/usr/sbin/dnsmasq --no-resolv --keep-in-foreground --no-hosts --bind-interfaces
--pid-file=/run/sendsigs.omit.d/network-manager.dnsmasq.pid
--listen-address=127.0.1.1 --conf-file=/var/run/NetworkManager/dnsmasq.conf
--cache-size=0 --proxy-dnssec
--enable-dbus=org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.dnsmasq
--conf-dir=/etc/NetworkManager/dnsmasq.d

Could somebody please move this option (and maybe others) to a config file?
I would like to add some local caching. No, I don't have security concerns, I'm
the only user of this machine.

[Bug 1545296] [NEW] xpra crashes when talking to same version on trusty

2016-02-13 Thread Marius Nuennerich
