[Bug 684635] [NEW] Last.fm plugin crashes on load

2010-12-03 Thread Martin Erpicum
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

After a clean installation of rhythmbox 0.13.1-0ubuntu6 and rhythmbox-
plugins 0.13.1-0ubuntu6 (on Ubuntu 10.10), loading last.fm plugin leads
to crash of the application.

I resolved my problem by removing the wins from the System Databases
and Name Service Switch configuration file (/etc/nsswitch.conf)

Expected :
Loading last.fm without need to remove wins from /etc/nsswitch.conf

** Affects: rhythmbox (Ubuntu)
 Importance: Undecided
 Status: New

I did a Ctrl-Alt-Backspace, reload KDE4 and fonts seem to be fix (even
after reboots). :-)

[Bug 140739] Re: Apt segfaults on gutsy

2007-09-18 Thread Martin Erpicum
I suppose the best way is to manualy download dpkg here :
http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/d/dpkg/

Then :
# dpkg -i dpkg_1.14.5ubuntu14_i386.deb
