Also not working on a bog-standard PC - None HP Dell etc.  Same symptoms
as noted above.

Have 2 physical discs in the computer as a workaround Ive installed Grub
into the MBR of Disc 2 and boot by using the Boot Menu in BIOS as a work
around.

Not sure wether this is a bug or a RFE...

When I select English UK Language I would like it if all the indian and
other font packages weren't installed as they are not needed.

If there is a way to have the installer not install these fonts I would
like to have pointers to the instructions.

OK - It seems to be a interaction between displayconfig and Beryl/xgl.
When I tried the above command in my non-beryl/xgl session I have
configured it worked properly.

I was using firefox-bin to get some diagnostics as the script you
mentioned was not loading FF either.

The file does exist on my system.

Firefox did not run at all.

Did a bit of digging and this was the error I discovered.
