[Bug 759627] Re: unity overlaps virtualbox on fullscreen

2012-06-14 Thread Martin Skogevall
I vote for raising the priority. This is the single one issue that
makes me want to switch away from Unity, and I have even started looking
at alternatives to Ubuntu to get rid of this.

The issue got even worse with 12.04 since both the "windows" key and alt
key overlays the full screen virtual machine. The only way to avoid
getting eht overlay is by holding the win/alt key down for a longer
time. This means it is impossible to quickly flip between windows in the
virtual box machine!

[Bug 1008494] Re: Gdk : Fatal IO error 11

2012-06-07 Thread Martin Skogevall
Same problem here. Started after upgrade to 12.04.
Suddenly the screen goes black, and after a while the login screen is shown.
All running applications are killed.

[Bug 125128] Re: display is blurry and too tall at 1400 x 1050

2008-01-06 Thread Martin Skogevall
Same thing here. Gutsy installed.

I have a Dell Latitude D430 with intel-graphics and a Samsung SyncMaster 203B.
DVI works like a charm, but if connected through VGA the image gets too tall
for the display.

The DPI-values seems to be bad also. With DVI I get very large fonts, if
I restart with VGA the fonts are really small. I use Arial 8 as my font.
