[Bug 992725] Re: Cursor gets stuck between twinview screens
@ chris r: "Enabled "separate x screen" with xinerama box checked and saved the config file /etc/X11/xorg.conf. after a reboot I got both working but now i'm stuck in unity 2d. Working on getting that up and running now. " this worked for me exactly as you described it. unity was also switching back to 2d. this can be avoided if you use twinview. but don't forget to disable the "sticky edges" in "all settings/display" as michael walker pointed out. btw: why is this feature not automatically turned off, when i don't use autohide?? that's annoying. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/992725 Title: Cursor gets stuck between twinview screens To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity/+bug/992725/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

Hi! I have the same problem. My webcam-microphone (from a new logitech webcam) worked well for some time (under 11.04 and for some time under 11.10), but then stopped working (mickey mouse-voice problem), presumably due to a pulse-audio update...? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/900173 Title: Unreliable response of pulse audio in skype To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pulseaudio/+bug/900173/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 874900] Re: "Enable mobile broadband" option gets unchecked
I have a Huawei E1550 and I have the same issue. The Mobile Broadband connection *never* automatically connects, though the button is checked. Sometimes - and that is far worse - I cannot even select my Mobile connection in the panel-dropdown list. That's presumably because the Mobile Broadband is disabled -- extremely annoying!! I have to play around with NetworkManager to get the Mobile Broadband back and I have not figured out yet what re-enables the Mobile Broadband. Also, like many others I rely on Mobile Broadband and this is just not tolerable Everything worked fine in 11.04. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/874900 Title: "Enable mobile broadband" option gets unchecked To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/modemmanager/+bug/874900/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 738908] Re: When windows overlap workspaces, launcher doesn't properly switch windows.
This bug probalby relates to the behaviour of Evolution when using the German translation. It is known that the german Evolution window is 4 pixels too broad for netbook screens (1024x600), so those 4 pixels are always on the neighbouring workspace. This results in the behaviour described above: Workspace (WS) numbering: 1 2 3 4 When Evolution is maximised on WS 1 and I switch to an application on WS 2 and I want to switch back to Evolution, WS 1 (and Evolution) is not displayed. Instead, WS 2 stays focussed. Strangely, this is also true for applications run on WS 4 (i.e. diagonal from WS 1), but not for applications above or below WS 1 (in this case WS 3), where I *can* switch to Evolution using the launcher. Also, when Evolution is minimised, I *can* access it by the launcher from *all* workspaces. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/738908 Title: When windows overlap workspaces, launcher doesn't properly switch windows. [Bug 795696] [NEW] bookmarks tab in firefox is displayed faulty when opened
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: firefox When I click on the Bookmarks tab in Firefox, the tab is missing and the bookmarks are displayed right in the menu bar, instead below the menu bar and there is a light grey bar that's not supposed to be there (see attached screenshot) (the bar disappears when I scroll the bookmarks down and up again).
