Thank you for reporting but this is not a bug. This has to deal with the difficulty of the game. Under the Klondike option at the top of the window there are three settings in which you can choose. The Three card deals option will let you circulate through the deck indefinitely, show three cards each time you click. The Single card deals option will let you see one card (which is a bit easier) but one can only circle through the deck twice.
