[Bug 549800] Re: Installer crashed

2010-03-27 Thread Andy Mathay
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. Unfortunately, we cannot work on this bug because your
description didn't include enough information. You may find it helpful
to read How to report bugs effectively
http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html. We'd be grateful
if you would then provide a more complete description of the problem.

We have instructions on debugging some types of problems at
http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProcedures

At a minimum, we need:
1. the specific steps or actions you took that caused you to encounter the
problem,
2. the behavior you expected, and
3. the behavior you actually encountered (in as much detail as possible).
Thanks!

[Bug 442536] Re: In Klondike, after going through the deck a few times, it will not allow the user to deal new cards from the deck.

2009-10-04 Thread Andy Mathay
Thank you for reporting but this is not a bug. This has to deal with the
difficulty of the game. Under the Klondike option at the top of the
window there are three settings in which you can choose. The Three card
deals option will let you circulate through the deck indefinitely, show
three cards each time you click. The Single card deals option will let
you see one card (which is a bit easier) but one can only circle through
the deck twice. The No redeals option is relatively self-explanatory.

Please include the information as separate attachments:
 * Output of uname -a
* uname -a  uname.txt
 * Output of sudo lspci -vvnn
* sudo lspci -vvnn  lspci.txt
 * Output of sudo dmidecode
* sudo dmidecode  dmidecode.txt
 * Try to suspend/hibernate and then restart the system and attach
/var/log/kern.log.0
 * Tarball of /proc/acpi directory. You can't just tar all files because their
content sometimes changes etc.
* cp -r /proc/acpi /tmp
* tar -cvjf ~/acpi.tar.bz /tmp/acpi
* attach acpi.tar.bz from your home directory
