[Bug 1239339] Re: [SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS CO., LTD. R40/R41] suspend/resume failure

2015-03-27 Thread Matt Rhys-Roberts
I too am suffering with a Samsung R40 that usually fails to recover from
suspend, even now in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. Has anybody managed to figure out
why this happens, and what can be done about it? I've submitted about a
dozen crash reports, but I've no idea who's taking any notice. Ok, it's
an ancient relic of a machine, but I've invested heavily in Linux over
the years because of its general ability to keep old hardware out of the
landfill! Thanks all :D

[Bug 1409637] [NEW] Gallery thumbnails of small objects are blurry/invisible

2015-01-12 Thread Matt Rhys-Roberts
Public bug reported:

Draw: Version: 4.2.7.2, Build ID: 420m0(Build:2)
Package: libreoffice-draw 1:4.2.7-0ubuntu2
OS: Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS, release 14.04

Expected: high quality gallery thumbnails, of objects of any size that
I've drawn using the standard drawing tools.

Actual: gallery thumbnails of small (0.1 or thereabouts) objects that
I've added to the gallery, appear blurry or do not appear at all. They
can still be dragged into drawings though, but it requires guesswork!

Thanks for any solutions you can provide.

[Bug 876299] Re: gschem attribute editor has textentry with small height

2013-06-03 Thread Matt Rhys-Roberts
This is still a bug for me; using Ubuntu 12.04 LTS and gschem
1.6.2.20110115 . Can't see any fixes/upgrades in the standard
repositories, or am I missing something?
