[Bug 1512715] [NEW] Slurm-llnll-slurmdbd can't connect to database at system boot, but succeeds if started manually

[Bug 524967] Re: Screen brightness doesn't work on Vaio Y
I have this kind of problem on a Sony VAIO CW2C5E (nVidia 310M). The only way to control screen backlight is using nvidiabl module from https://github.com/guillaumezin/nvidiabl I can see gnome power monitor correctly interfaces with backlight module because changing settings in gconf works. Anyway, Fn keys do not work. In the log file there is no trace of key presses. Is there a way to check gnome-power-manager association with those keys? [Bug 308191] Re: Multitouch support not available for Synaptics touchpads v7.2
Well not exactly Dana. Here we're talking about MT support on Synaptics v7.2 which actually has native multitouch support, but it is not recognized by xorg driver. We're not talking about emulation, which by the way I think is already supported in linux. -- Multitouch support not available for Synaptics touchpads v7.2 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/308191 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

To decrease it completely I have to press the key 37 times, but the backlight only decreases at the 33rd, 35th and 37th hit. The bar reduces alternatively by a small amount and a bigger amount. 2) With the bar at its minimum, I have to hit Fn+F6 52/53 times to reach its maximum, while backlights increases only on the 1st/3rd and 5th hit.
