[Bug 1406538] Re: Screenshot contains selected area highlight
@Drew: This issue is closed, so you may want to create a new one as it's most likely a different cause. [Bug 1021375] Re: Nautilus says the USB stick is read only when it is not
I confirm problem for Xenial. Reformatting the drive with different Filesystems did not help. Issue comes up with differend usb keys. "gksu nautilus" is a workaround for me. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1021375 Title: Nautilus says the USB stick is read only when it is not To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/nautilus/+bug/1021375/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1511247] Re: Ubuntu 15.10 Could not apply the stored configuration for monitors
I think the issue (if it's the same) is even more strange in my case. At startup the right resolution and rotation is used but I still get the "Could no apply.." message. As soon as I press close on that message, the display config is reset to "standard" - only one screen working. It's really annoying to reconfigure the screens at every boot. :/ -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1511247 Title: Ubuntu 15.10 Could not apply the stored configuration for monitors To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg/+bug/1511247/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1511247] Re: Ubuntu 15.10 Could not apply the stored configuration for monitors
I have not tried it myself yet but there is a workaround mentioned on askubuntu.[0] Delete your ~/.config/monitors.xml [0] https://askubuntu.com/questions/23869/could-not-apply-the-stored- configuration-for-the-monitor -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1511247 Title: Ubuntu 15.10 Could not apply the stored configuration for monitors To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg/+bug/1511247/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1069031] Re: intel gma3600: X unable to start
I created the xorg.conf as described in #18. Now the screen remains black and I have to switch to tty7 manually. I can login there and things work, but the screen is very dark (in all ttys) and brightness control does not change anything. Any idea how long it will take for a real fix to be delivered? I think about switching back to 12.04 in the meantime. xubuntu 12.10, acer aspire one D270 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1069031 Title: intel gma3600: X unable to start To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/xorg-server/+bug/1069031/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 975507] [NEW] after ten minutes screen is turned off - no sound
Public bug reported: I already did a fresh install because of that problem so I'm no using up-to-date xubuntu 10.10 with a newly created user account. When I watch a video in the browser (I tried youtube flash and youtube html5) the screen is turned off after ten minutes. If I move the mouse the screen comes back but there is no sound anymore (in the whole system). I have to reboot to make the sound work again. I did uninstall xscreensaver but it didn't help. Power management is turned off - so it might also be unrelated to power-manager. It seems like the problem is rare so let me know if I can help with some details or testing. Thanks to everyone who puts time and effort into this great system! ** Affects: xfce4-power-manager (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/975507 Title: after ten minutes screen is turned off - no sound To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xfce4-power-manager/+bug/975507/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
