Public bug reported: I don't know when it happened, but through some upgrade my scanner has lost function here. There is no movement inside, it only scans a black image. Sometimes, rarely I can scan one, but only one image, but directly afterwards it gives up again. It does not depend on the pc, because I see the same result on three different laptops but all with actual Ubuntu 14.04.
