[Bug 1658921] Re: NetworkManager does not manage wired connection
Similar to #14, this happened to me doing do-release-upgrade to 17.04 beta after purging gnome3-team ppas. I was able to get internet connection working via some manual hacks I came across, but NetworkManager not working properly meant that Evolution thought I was offline. Finally, after 5 days, discovered this bug and executing touch /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/10-globally-managed-devices.conf seems to have fixed things. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1658921 Title: NetworkManager does not manage wired connection To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager/+bug/1658921/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 629893] Re: Gwibber shows my posts in duplicate

[Bug 629893] Re: Gwibber shows my posts in duplicate
I do not have duplicate account entries. I've now got 2.31.92 installed from the guido-iodice ppa, and it's still doing it. I've also got the same problem on my laptop running fedora, so I should probably file upstream. -- Gwibber shows my posts in duplicate https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/629893 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 629893] [NEW] Gwibber shows my posts in duplicate
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gwibber Running gwibber-2.31.91-bzr813-0ubuntu1 from lucid repository. When posting to twitter and/or identica, gwibber shows two posts in the stream for each service, as seen in the attached image. The duplicates seem to appear in the stream fairly instantaneously after hitting Send. ** Affects: gwibber (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Gwibber shows my posts in duplicate https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/629893 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 509429] [NEW] word completion plugin conflicts with snippets

[Bug 365089] Re: connecting to active ftp doesn't work
Is this supposed to be fixed in karmic? Because I'm having the same problem in karmic and fedora 12. Upstream says a fix is in git master but I'm not sure if that means the latest stable version or not. -- connecting to active ftp doesn't work https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/365089 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 130224] Re: gtkfilechooser save/save as dialog misplaces focus
Currently, the highlighted color changes depending on whether the filename string has focus or not. Being able to tell whether the text is in focus or not probably depends a great deal on the gtk theme. This is probably something for some usability folks to look at and further discussion should take place on https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/387934. The original behavior I reported in this bug does appear to be fixed. -- gtkfilechooser save/save as dialog misplaces focus https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/130224 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 279084] Re: [PATCH] (Optional) Better looking menu with icons
I personally find the clean menu to present a rather annoyingly small target without much to distinguish the individual entries. I'm attaching a screenshot from my laptop, which shows how small the menu is, and how cramped the entries are. Icons would actually help to distinguish the entries from one another. Wouldn't it at least make sense to have the applet follow the global desktop setting for icons in menus? ** Attachment added: fusa_menu.png http://launchpadlibrarian.net/18971867/fusa_menu.png -- [PATCH] (Optional) Better looking menu with icons https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/279084 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 63971] Re: No sound on Acer laptops w/ Realtek ALC883 chipset
I'm running edgy on an Acer Aspire 5102WLMi. All the alsa bits seem to have been installed during setup, but gnome-sound-properties had everything set to OSS. Switching to alsa resulted in no sound.
