[Bug 1199877] Re: unity-panel-service memory leak and 100% CPU usage
I installed the proposed packages too, it is much better for me now, although it is still slow while using gimp. In gimp you have to click on the menu otherwise it do not appear (might be an gimp bug too). Anyway , thanks for fixing, i was a little bit frustrated these days If it matters, i am running a freshly installed 3.11.0-13-generic #20-Ubuntu SMP x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux on a Lenovo X1 Carbon 8GB -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1199877 Title: unity-panel-service memory leak and 100% CPU usage To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/indicator-appmenu/+bug/1199877/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1221304] Re: Global app-menu is missing from Unity panel...
I have the same problem, does anybody need some more log information to make a finale descision about this bug. As far as I understand the comments here downgrading to a lower gimp version will not solve the problem. In Reply to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity/+bug/1221304/comments/8 : sudo apt-get install unity-gtk-module-common unity-gtk3-module did not fix it for me because alle packages were uptodate. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1221304 Title: Global app-menu is missing from Unity panel...
