[Bug 475090] Re: Karmic, Lucid: /etc/gdm/Xsession fails to source ~/.xsessionrc or apply ~/.Xresources
Can this not be patched sooner? It looks like a simple fix and right now with Karmic running Fluxbox I need to work a lot harder than normal to pick up settings that should just work, and for some time now in *nix environments. -- Karmic, Lucid: /etc/gdm/Xsession fails to source ~/.xsessionrc or apply ~/.Xresources https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/475090 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 301822] Re: ath9k drops connection
For me the drop periods are longer, and the network manager did notice. I finally disabled the network manager and went into a bare fluxbox desktop to have full control. Under heavy load it does drop. I'll try the mentioned kernel. Quite odd as I had no problems with previous ubuntu releases. I wonder if I should roll back to one. I picked up an Asus EEEPC 1005HA for the compatibility under Linux, so this is quite disappointing. -- ath9k drops connection https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/301822 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
