Rendering dashed lines in blender are very slow. It is rect select (B-key) lasso (ctrl+left mouse key) clip border (alt+B), pelationship lines (line from children to parent object). If some of this line draws on 3D-window, fps falls quickly. I didn't have this problem in 9.04.
