[Bug 1971114] Re: Ubuntu 22.04 python3-grpcio causes some apps to use 100% of the CPU
I get similar behavior with Warpinator (https://github.com/linuxmint/warpinator/issues/127). In this particular case, it causes a complete lock of the program. Same symptom - 100% on a core. [Bug 1944711] Re: restarting systemd-logind loses all existing sessions
Seems good to me, no more broken sessions after resuming, loginctl list commands always output as expected. Checking org.freedesktop.login1 with d-feet correctly shows sessions and users. Just throwing this into the ring... try replacing $vt_handoff in the grub kernel line with vt.handoff=1 (from 18.04 to 20.04 it seems to have been changed from 1 to 7 to make the handoff to plymouth more fluid as it loads its own copy of the firmware splash to draw on). -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1836858 Title: Display flickers (monitor loses signal briefly) during "flickerfree" boot, while showing the BIOS logo on a black background To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/plymouth/+bug/1836858/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1419563] Re: Keyboard CTRL, ALT and SUPER keys binded as SHIFT
I'm not sure there's a lot we can do - you can't re-map the keys (the obvious workaround) because they're sending identical codes. A quick google for sonix usb keyboard linux gives a number of similar/duplicate issues, with no resolution. a) Try a different kernel version - this could be a regression on the kernel you're using, maybe try up/downgrading it. b) Return the keyboard? (not sure this is possible, but I'd attempt to if it is) and buy a different one. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1419563 Title: Keyboard CTRL, ALT and SUPER keys binded as SHIFT To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/linuxmint/+bug/1419563/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1334377] [NEW] PLEASE REMOVE THIS PACKAGE (OBSOLETE/UNSUPPORTED)
Public bug reported: Hi, I'm one of the upstream maintainers of this package (with Linux Mint). This particular package is extremely out-of-date, and is currently unmaintained (We provide a PPA for up-to-date builds of these packages). Unfortunately, unwitting Ubuntu users either: a) Install this obsolete package and encounter bugs that won't ever get fixed, or are caused by newer versions of Gtk+ 3 (for example) b) Install the PPA version but think this page is for support of that version. And on top of it all, they have a (rightful) expectation of some sort of support on this distribution when there is none. I know there are efforts being made in Debian currently, to provide up- to-date packages (new maintainer), but that could take some time, is by no means a sure thing, and in the meantime, I'd prefer this page didn't even exist, or at least the package removed and the page made effectively read-only.
